Haifa-Akko-Safed
You will be met at the port in Haifa by your private tour guide. Enjoy the panoramic views of the largest port of Israel and walk through the beautiful Bahai Gardens. Visit the Naval and Clandestine Immigration Museum.
Continue to Beth Shearim a 1st century complex of caves with some astonishing sarcophagi. See the tombs of the Sanhedrin and Rabbi Yehudah Hanasi.
Lunch on route.
Continue to Akko and visit the Knights’ Halls, one of the most beautiful remains of the Crusade period, recently designated a UNESCO Heritage site. Visit the prison where Jewish fighters were hanged by the British in 1948.
Drive to the Upper Galilee and the city of Safed, one of the four holiest Jewish cities. Visit the art galleries and the ancient synagogues.
You will be transferred back to the port in Haifa to rejoin your cruise.
