Casablanca-Marrakech
(Tour is approximately 9 hours long.)
You will be met at the port in Casablanca by your private guide. Drive approximately 3 hours to Marrakech for a day of touring. First, visit the Menara Gardens with its lovely Saadian Pavilion and olive groves. Next, step into the wondrous old world of the medina. Wander through the labyrinth and stop at the foot of the Koutoubia Minaret, a famous landmark of Marrakech. Continue to the Bahia Palace with its lush Moorish-style gardens. After lunch at a nice local restaurant, visit the Majorelle Botanical Gardens. Next, discover some of the most colorful souks of the medina. Finally, stroll through the exotic Jemaa El Fna Square, ancient meeting place of tradesmen, musicians, snake charmers, and storytellers.
You will be transferred back to the port in Casablanca to rejoin your cruise.
