Ya’lla’s Turkish tour guides average 10 years of experience and they are selected on their ethics, personality and knowledge. It is a Ya’lla standard that tour guides direct all future travel needs through the booking travel agent so bookings can lead to repeat and referral business for the agent. While some non-Ya’lla groups are pressured into buying optional souvenirs through their tour guides or must make mandatory shopping stops that drive added revenue to the tour company, Ya’lla tour groups never require any participants to purchase souvenirs or participate in mandatory shopping.
As a specialized boutique tour operator, quality and care of the traveler and the booking travel agent are the prime concerns for Ya’lla trips. More information about Ya’lla’s offering is available at http://www.yallatours.com/turkey/index.shtml
