Ya’lla Tours USA has resumed their tours to Egypt. The tours were suspended, for a time, during the recent unrest, but now things have calmed down enough that tourism is once again being encouraged. One of the major sources of income for the country as it moves toward democracy will be U.S. tourism dollars and Ya’lla is doing what it can to help restore some of that lost funding.
Those to Egypt will follow an itinerary similar to the standard Ya’lla Egypt tours. They will spend 2 to 3 days in and around Cairo to see the pyramids and Sphinx at Giza, the Bent Pyramid at Sakara, Red Pyramid at Dahshour, the Egyptian Museum and Old Cairo. Travelers will then spend 4 to 5 days either taking a river cruise or driving between Luxor and Aswan to visit temples and the Valley of the Kings. Most of the travelers are also going to Abu Simbel.
Information about Ya’lla’s Egyptian tours, including full itineraries, is available on the Ya’lla Tours website at http://www.yallatours.com/egypt/index.shtml .
