Shalom;
Fifteen years ago, as a young executive in the aviation world, I met a young dynamic tour guide in Israel. After a short talk we discovered that we both shared the same passion for how we would like to introduce our country, Israel, to foreign visitors.
Little did I know then that some years to follow both myself and Ronen Paldi, the tour guide I met, would be in a unique position to fulfill the passion we shared in the 1980’s.
That was the beginning of a unique partnership and friendship that began officially in 1993 and has grown to be one of the most powerful relationships in the Israeli travel industry.
Polaris International, the Israeli branch of Ya’lla Tours USA, had to set new standards that were not known before.
Some of the challenges we faced were, the training of new staff, careful selection of hotels, and, most important, creative and innovative itineraries that only the very best tour guides could execute.
Our goal was to provide the ultimate experience to the visitor with no logistical hazards and the highest quality of service possible.
Today, thousands of passengers later, I’m pleased to announce that the challenge is only growing, since for us good is never good enough.
With new technology and yet more passion, we are ready to welcome every one of you in the 21st century to visit the land which is the cradle of civilization, Israel.
I’m looking forward of seeing you all in my beloved Israel, and sharing with you our country in style and quality that are second to none.
